This notice covers website enquiries, Meta lead forms and the advertising measurement that may be used to understand which campaigns generate enquiries.

Plain-language information about enquiries and Meta advertising measurement.
We may collect your name, work email, company, optional phone number and a short non-confidential workflow summary. A website visit may also provide technical information such as the page viewed, browser or device, IP address and campaign source.
We use information to respond to your enquiry, assess fit, arrange a call, prepare a response or scope, protect the website and understand which advertising leads to enquiries.
Meta Pixel and Conversions API may send website events and matching data, such as a securely hashed email address or phone number after submission, to Meta for attribution and ad optimisation. We do not send the free-text workflow summary to Meta. Meta may process information outside Australia under its own terms.
We keep enquiry information only as long as reasonably needed for business, legal or operational purposes, then delete or de-identify it where appropriate. For access, correction, a privacy concern or a direct-marketing request, email [email protected]. Meta tracking can be turned off from the Cookies page.
